Finbox

Finbox is an Israeli service for freelancers,small businesses and companies. It connects to the business owner's mailbox (Gmail or Microsoft 365 / Outlook), finds the tax invoices and receipts that arrive there - as attachments, as links to supplier portals, or in the body of the email - reads the amounts, and shows how much VAT is actually recoverable under Israeli rules. Documents can also be sent in from a phone through WhatsApp. Everything approved is delivered to the accountant in the formats they work with: a merged PDF, Excel / CSV, journal entries, or any accounting software import file. Hebrew, mobile-first, nothing to forward and nothing to type.
