Our founder and CEO Jennifer MacDonald started this company in 2016 with the goal of helping companies and brands reach their next step and subsequently their business goals through marketing strategies and effective analysis of company opportunities. With a background in Apparel Manufacturing Management from FIDM and over nine years of experience in managing multi-million dollar companies, it was her goal to do what others seemed unwilling to do: "Help the little guy"​. Consulting firms in our experience tend to focus on working with companies that have a big budget for hiring a firm. However, we believe our future is not only with those bigger companies. But it also lies within the smaller brands and companies that are working toward their own American Dream.
