When we first started designing and building websites 14 years, we asked our businesses within our target market (SMEs, Parish Councils, Charities) what were the biggest frustrations they had with their websites. The answers were almost the same every time: They were not able to make any changes to their websites themselves and had to pay their web designer to do it for them Even when they paid their website designer to make the change, they would always take far too long to get round it.
