Audience First Marketing

There is so much marketing out there, and so much of it is not working, you have to ask why. Because there is no strategic planning, no time spent on working out what you actually do for the people who buy from you, and even less understanding of behaviour. Marketing is about changing behaviour. Unless you analyse what you are trying to do, and start with a plan, you will be wasting your money.
