In the last 13+ years of my career, I've helped build teams of 150+ people, managed complex programs on multiple remote location with 500+ FTE and €M10+ budget, build 3 companies and raise over €1M. I led and built the sales organization for what now became corporates from 1 to 150+ people in just few years and from 0 to 50 demo per month. In October 2019, I left my full-time role to start working with early-stage B2B SaaS companies as scout and mentor. Later on I opened a boutique advisory company fully remoted. I partner with early-stage B2B and B2B2C SaaS founders to help them increase their companies value. I created a growth kit with main focus on Sales Acceleration and Fundraising strategies and plan. Improving the value of the company by creating the most efficient sales strategies case by case. Leading the process from 0 to 100K, exposing the company to a multilayer and multinational network of entrepreneurs, institutional and private investors and corporate's key decision makers.
