Art Square Lab is a first service design agency in Luxembourg. We apply Design Thinking for designing services and excellent customer experience across multiple sectors. We use co-creation to connect brands with customers, citizens with cities, users with services: we listen to people during user-research, invite them to prototyping and testing.
