RA Cooks Renovations

RA Cooks Renovations provides home remodeling and repair services with a focus on practical design and clear communication.

The team works on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and roofing projects for homes at different ages and styles. Homeowners comparing options for kitchen remodeling in Kettering, OH can discuss layout changes, cabinet choices, and countertop materials during a guided design conversation. For bathroom remodeling in Kettering we help plan shower configurations, tile patterns, ventilation needs, and lighting that fits daily routines. Clients considering basement finishing in Kettering can review storage ideas, egress considerations, a bathroom layout, or a small bar that suits the space. Kitchen and bath work includes design support, cabinet and countertop selection, and remodeling that coordinates trades and schedules. Cabinetry and countertop services cover design, supply, and installation for a single room or a larger update. Bathroom planning addresses showers, tile, and overall remodeling details. Basement services include design and finishing, with options to add a bathroom or bar as part of the plan. Flooring and tile services span material guidance, design, and installation.

Roofing needs are handled with repair or full replacement, depending on condition and goals. Throughout a project, the process is structured to help reduce surprises and keep communication clear: Design → Select → Supply → Install → Manage. This approach can fit a focused update or a more comprehensive renovation, with attention to everyday function, code requirements, and coordination. RA Cooks: we can help someone select our cabinets, design a kitchen, install our materials, and manage the complete remodeling project. To get started, homeowners often gather photos and measurements, set a realistic scope, and schedule a conversation about timelines, material lead times, and access for crews, so the plan fits both budget and routine.
