squarerobot

Square Robot is an industry leader in developing and deploying state-of-the-art autonomous robotic technology specifically designed for the inspection of liquid storage tanks. Our primary mission is to revolutionize industrial asset management by providing safer, more accurate, and cost-effective inspection methods. Traditionally, evaluating the internal condition of fuel and chemical storage tanks required draining the vessel, degassing it, and sending human operators into high-risk, confined spaces. This legacy process is not only dangerous but also results in significant operational downtime and lost revenue.

Our innovative technology completely transforms this paradigm. By deploying advanced autonomous underwater robots directly into full, operational storage tanks, Square Robot enables comprehensive floor and wall thickness assessments without taking the tank out of service. Our specialized robotic systems navigate complex internal structures to collect high-density thickness data, identify corrosion patterns, and measure sludge accumulation with exceptional precision.

Safety and environmental stewardship sit at the core of our operations. Eliminating the need for human entry into hazardous environments drastically reduces workplace risk, while avoiding tank draining minimizes volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions. Facility operators receive actionable, high-resolution data reports that empower them to make informed maintenance decisions, extend asset lifespans, and maintain full compliance with regulatory standards.
