Founded by Kate Munro, whose background in the mining and exploration sector runs through Munro Geological Services, the company was established to address a clear gap in the market. As NSW regulations introduced mandatory annual fit testing and silica awareness training for workers exposed to crystalline silica, many businesses struggled to find providers who understood both the compliance requirements and the day-to-day realities of the industries they served.

The team, led by National Program Manager Kate O'Connor, combines clinical expertise with hands-on industry knowledge. Services are delivered on-site and scheduled around each client's operations, with all paperwork and compliance documentation managed on their behalf.
