Secure Self Psychology

I am a Registered Psychologist who works with individuals and couples, supporting them as they navigate personal challenges, relationships, and meaningful life changes. I hold a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge. Before entering the field of psychology, I spent 10 years working in the oil and gas industry. 

My transition into psychology was inspired by both personal and professional experiences. While I valued my corporate career, I wanted to pursue work that reflected my values and allowed me to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. My natural compassion and curiosity about human behaviour made psychology a meaningful fit.

My own experience with therapy was especially influential. Through my therapeutic journey, I discovered the value of self-awareness, personal growth, healing, and self-compassion. These experiences inspired me to help others develop greater understanding, compassion, authenticity, and overall well-being throughout their own personal journeys.
