FormaPortal is a private, branded portal for the people an organisation lets in: clients, members, investors, owners, volunteers, supporters.

• It runs on your own domain, in your own colours, sending from your own email address, so nobody ever meets ours.
• You configure the whole thing from a dashboard rather than commissioning it from a developer, and you change it the moment the business changes.
• People join on your terms. Turn approval on and applicants complete your form and wait, seeing nothing behind the login until you decide. Leave it off and they register and get straight in. Either way, approval puts an account on a membership tier, and the tier decides what that account can reach.
• Publish documents, pages, announcements, events and courses to exactly the tiers you choose.
• Group colleagues under one organisation account for client companies, member firms or buildings, or keep everything individual.
• The record keeps itself. Consent is stored with the time and where it came from, answers are frozen as they were given, forms can be versioned with forced re-completion, and every meaningful action is logged.
• Money runs through the same portal: subscriptions and membership dues, paid event tickets, a store for digital and physical goods, discount codes, quotes, invoices and tax handling.

Monthly plans are available across different tiers, with annual billing at a discounted fee. Every plan generously covers the core features. Payments taken through the portal carry a commission on top of Stripe's own fees, with the rate varying by plan. Additional capacity is available on top of any plan. Larger or bespoke arrangements set their own allowances, commission, support and price per deployment.
