Kelly Adler and Associates Counselling

At Kelly Adler and Associates Counselling, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing PTSD, anxiety, trauma, and related concerns, including EMDR therapy. With more than 15 years of experience, I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages as they build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My areas of focus include reproductive mental health, eating disorders, body image concerns, parenting support, mood disorders, and stress management. I believe that healing happens through connection—within relationships, families, and communities—and I aim to offer a safe, collaborative environment where clients can cultivate balance, personal growth, and long-term well-being.
