As a Certified Master Inspector and instructor, I bring a high level of expertise and professionalism to every inspection. With more than a decade of hands-on experience, my focus is on protecting the safety, condition, and long-term integrity of the properties I evaluate. My background includes EPA certification as a Lead Dust Sampling Technician (NAT-F235100-1), along with service on the board of NJ NACHI and the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Chapter of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST). I’ve also had the opportunity to teach and mentor new home inspectors, both in the classroom and in the field, through the NJ Academy of Home Inspectors.

I am also a proud member of the Northeast Spa and Pool Association (NESPA) and the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) under membership #10082344.
