Justin Brown Abadeen

As one of the most experienced and successful residential project marketers in Australia, Justin has played a pivotal role in defining – and redefining – the Australian property market over the past 30 years.

In 1993, Justin became the Founder and Managing Director (Asia Pacific) of Colliers International where he led the company in marketing most of Australia’s major premium projects until cofounding CBRE Residential with David Milton in 2007.

Since then, Justin has overseen the growth of CBRE Residential’s portfolio – from small luxury offerings to major staged projects and mixed-use developments – to become the market leader in off-the-plan apartment sales for the Asia Pacific region.

28 years ago, Justin founded Abadeen Group – recognising the opportunity premium end to end services from design to delivery. His unique understanding of the Australian property development landscape, acquisition strategy and design development has supported the Group in completing more than AU$3.5billion in projects
