Typically, brokers secretly shop a property to all of their buyers or tenants, offering the opportunity to represent both parties in the transaction. While it is not uncommon to represent both sides in commercial real estate, limiting initial focus to this group results in a loss of months of valuable marketing time.

At SVN | Vanguard, collaboration is incorporated in our listing agreement. We abide by a national franchise agreement stating that we must cooperate with all brokers.
