At Cair Valve, we manufacture Motorized Butterfly Valves designed for automatic and reliable flow control in industrial pipeline systems. A motorized butterfly valve combines a butterfly valve with an electric actuator, allowing the valve to open and close automatically without manual operation. This improves efficiency, reduces operating time, and provides smooth and accurate flow control.

How Does an Electric Actuator Work?

An electric actuator uses an electric motor to rotate the butterfly valve disc by 90° (quarter-turn). When an electrical signal is received, the actuator turns the valve to the required position. It can fully open the valve, fully close it, or stop at any intermediate position for precise flow regulation. Built-in limit switches help ensure accurate positioning and reliable operation.

Why Choose an Electric Actuator Butterfly Valve?

Electric actuator operated butterfly valves are widely used because they:

  • Automatically open and close the valve

  • Provide smooth and accurate disc rotation

  • Reduce manual effort and operating time

  • Offer reliable shut-off performance

  • Improve process efficiency

  • Require low maintenance

  • Can be integrated with automation systems

  • Are available with ON/OFF or modulating control

Remote Control & Smart Automation

For modern industrial applications, our electric actuators can be supplied with optional GSM, Wi-Fi, Android mobile, PLC, and SCADA compatibility for remote monitoring and valve operation. Available voltage options include 24V DC, 230V AC, and 415V AC to suit different installations.

Applications

Our motorized butterfly valves are widely used in:

  • Water Treatment Plants

  • Wastewater Treatment Plants

  • Irrigation Systems

  • HVAC Systems

  • Chemical Processing Plants

  • Power Plants

  • Oil & Gas Industries

  • Industrial Pipeline Networks

As an in-house manufacturer, Cair Valve provides customized motorized butterfly valves based on valve size, pressure rating, body material, seat type, actuator torque, and project requirements. Whether you need a standard or fully customized solution, our engineering team is ready to help you select the right motorized butterfly valve for reliable, long-lasting performance.
