What is a Kerala MVD challan?
This is an electronic fine for any violations of the Motor Vehicle Act such as not wearing a helmet, missing a seat belt, using phone while driving, speeding and driving without insurance. There are hundreds of AI Cameras in Kerala which will automatically record most of these violations. Every challan will have a unique number with information on what violation was committed, when, where and how much.
