Keep the layout when you translate a document

Translating a PDF or a slide deck is harder than translating a paragraph. Tables, captions, and headings carry the meaning, and a plain text dump throws that structure away.
Start by deciding which file you actually need in the other language. A contract, a lesson handout, and a product screenshot are different jobs. For a document, keep the headings and keep the tables in the same order. For an image, you want the words that sit inside the picture, not a separate transcript for that pass. It translates documents, images, and videos online and is meant to keep the structure of the file instead of returning a flat block of text. I still read the result, fix names and product terms, and only then send it on.
Damon Bergerthat you have to paste back by hand. For a video, you want the spoken track and the on-screen text handled together so the timing still matches.
