Sometimes things get heavy. And when they do, talking to a trained professional can help. Individual counselling gives you a dedicated space to work through what is going on — privately, one on one, with someone who is there purely to support you.

At the Cairnmillar Clinic in Melbourne, individual psychological and counselling services are available for adults aged 16 and over. Sessions can be attended in person at one of their clinic locations, or via telehealth.

A Service Built Around the Right Fit

A distinguishing quality of the Cairnmillar Clinic is their personalized approach to their clients and the focus on which clinician will work best for them. At Cairnmillar, clinicians have various special interests and focus on different therapeutic techniques and work with different types of clients — and the clinic strongly believes that the best outcomes will occur when there is an optimal fit between the clinician and the client.

Therefore, when coming to Cairnmillar, the objective is the the client is not just seen by an available clinician. Instead, it is to be seen by a clinician whose expertise and interests align with the client’s.
