H. F. Partlow Web Development LLC was founded by Herb Partlow in 2011. We provide web design, web development and internet marketing services to our clients. After relocating back to his hometown, Charleston, SC in 2011, Herb created a company that focused on small to medium sized businesses in the local market after spending 25 years working for several prominent firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. With a strong business background and “toolbox” upon his return to Charleston, Herb tapped into his experience as a webmaster and project manager with the Federal Reserve System, and as the website manager for a global consulting firm, to launch H. F. Partlow Web Development LLC.
