Founded in 2019 by Rhea Hanges, creative director. We’ve been supporting creatives by providing mentorship, briefs, encouragement, and tools to create ground breaking work that shakes up the industry. Our mission is to see every creative have greater opportunities than we had, make work that changes the world, and get the best jobs. We do this by guiding creatives down the path of innovation, craft, storytelling. Cracking the code of communication, developing work that matters. Our program is free, and available to young candidates who need support.
