In my career, I've managed multimillion person social media communities, multi-million dollar paid advertising & TV commercial budgets, partnered & negotiated with over 500 influencers & celebrities, and sat in many boardrooms presenting to CEOs of multibillion-dollar companies! As much as endless budgets and resources was fun, I always felt the biggest beneficiary of social media marketing was a small business. When I saw how hard 2020 hit small businesses, I knew it was more important than ever to share my corporate strategy and tactics with them to help them survive, thrive and grow.
