Holy Cow! was founded by Melissa Webber in 1995 in response to a growing need for boutique agencies that cared about good design and cared about their clients. The last ten years have seen a revolution in design. Good design used to be the domain of brands who understood its value and were willing to invest in trained designers. Now it’s everywhere. Widespread recognition of the benefits of design and a range of new digital design tools have led to the democratisation of design.
