Nicknamed “Bossy Betsy” by her father at a young age because of her ever present desire to be in control, Erin Elizabeth King has hospitality in her blood. A Charlottesville, Va. native and a born foodie with a chef as a father; Erin grew up in the restaurant business and has been working in the front of house since she was 16.
