Just like a structural architect designs a plan to transform an idea into a building, we design the plan to transform an innovative idea, technology, product, or service into a successful new business. We do this work because architecting a business requires different skills from operating a business. For example, an architect needs to be adept at exploring options, learning & adapting, and weighing risk/reward with a limited amount of data. In contrast, an operator’s expertise is more focused on executing direction, maximizing productivity, and reducing risk with a robust amount of data. Our architecting experience includes work with Fortune 100 multinationals such as Procter & Gamble and PepsiCo, mid-cap private equity backed companies such as ThermaCell, and start-ups we’ve co-founded including TeamSnap.
