Mermaid Marketing

Mermaid Marketing was founded by Rio Ziegler. Rio is ​a full-time Social Media Director and part-time freelance Social Media Consultant. She understands first-hand how time consuming it can be to manage several social media profiles when you are a full-time business owner. Rio's career began right when social media started to take off for business. Her passion for social media management started right out of college when she began working for a local digital marketing agency. While working for the digital agency, Rio was exposed to managing social accounts and ad campaigns for more than 13 clients in a wide variety of industries. Shortly after leaving the digital agency, Rio decided to broaden her horizons and start her next career journey with a local full-service advertising agency. Rio worked as an Account Manager and PR Director for six of the agency's accounts where she was exposed to the traditional and digital sides of the advertising world. ​ Rio currently works full-time as the Social Media Director
