The Wynwood Business Improvement District (BID) is an autonomous government agency that leads the renaissance of the Wynwood Arts District in Miami, Florida. The Wynwood BID represents 400+ commercial property and business owners that encompass the 50 city block area. The BID also provides supplemental services including security, sanitation, marketing, master planning and capital improvements.
