Public Participation Partners (P3) works with public agencies and their residents to develop innovative, cost effective methods for meaningful community engagement in the project planning process. We specialize in outreach to traditionally underrepresented populations to ensure that all members of the community are informed of and involved in decisions that affect their community. P3 is a women- and minority-owned public involvement consulting firm with DBE/MBE in NC, SC, FL, MA, MI, OH, and VA, and SBE, HUB, and SPSF certifications in NC. We are headquartered in Raleigh, NC with an office in Winston-Salem.
