Created to help small to medium-size businesses who do not have these disciplines in-house, Jrae Consulting utilizes a straight forward, holistic approach to meet the specific needs of their clients strengthening and propelling their businesses forward. Founder and Principal Consultant, Jessica Prchlik, brings more than 15 years of marketing and strategy experience. Her specialties include strategy, digital marketing, team building, and branding. She has spent the majority of her career working to foster #1 brands such as Therma-Tru Doors and Trex Composite Decking focused on strategic planning, brand management, product marketing, retail partnership growth, and digital marketing. While her career started in the foodservice industry as a graphic designer, she has made a career of helping organizations evolve and grow. Most recently leading transformative chang
