Agency 398 is a public relations firm focused on providing fresh and innovative solutions to our clients. This is not your old school PR. From our head office in Northridge, we work with clients all across Los Angeles to provide brand and social media management, event planning, crisis PR and business marketing that will deliver results. Agency 398 is run by public relations students at one of the largest comprehensive universities in the State of California, CSU Northridge.
