The TOCH Agency is no longer in business. Originally founded in 2007, TOCH was a minority-owned and certified business based in Seattle. As a full-service provider of sourcing and custom product and merchandise development, the company had divisions in the areas of promotional marketing, retail, technology, display and fixtures, and furniture. TOCH previously operated with offices and warehouses on the West and East coasts of the US, as well as China and Vietnam.
