Over the last 25 years, I have work with Marketing Directors, Managers (and their assistants), of various Shopping Centres. During this time, I have witnessed first-hand all of the responsibilities they have and the immense pressure they are under to meet the expectations and requirements of these roles; their roles are expansive and filled with unique challenges. Unlike other retail executives, these marketing professionals are responsible for managing multiple brands and maintaining many connections. I have built strong relationships with these marketing professionals; through trust, mutual respect, understanding, and sharing in the joys of their successes, which allowed the relationships to flourish. I genuinely enjoy working with these professionals because I believe they are one-of-a-kind. Their dedication, talent and work ethic are unlike any other professionals in the industry.
