ispDigital manages the Rodes family's investments in Acceso, SA (“ACCESO”), in Antevenio, SA (EURONEXT PARIS: ALANT) (“ANTEVENIO”), where the Rodes family owns a minority stake and is also the largest shareholder, in Digilant Marketing, SL (“DIGILANT”), and in In-Store Media, SA (INSTORE MEDIA). Combined these four companies employ close to 800 people in 12 countries throughout Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
