Founder Angie Lee started Generational Development due to address gaps in the leadership pipeline, recognizing that leaders have already begun to retire without rising leaders who are well prepared to take their place. We design actionable workshops, coaching engagements and bespoke leadership development solutions to spark a culture of growth and development that supports all levels of leadership and accelerates the performance of employees.
