Your Reputation Defines You. Is yours worth talking about? Your business is based on its reputation. What people talk about, and tell others about, is based on how they feel about it. If it is GOOD, they tell people to check it out. If it is BAD or NON-EXISTENT, it is a major hit to your brand value. Reputation precedes you into every conversation, every engagement, and every sale. As far as your audience is concerned, they need to know you are WORTH talking to. BUT…a good reputation cannot be built, bought, or acquired. It isn’t something that is generated by your customers. And if your reputation is based on what everyone else is doing, then you are an afterthought.
