We are a design studio that reinvents business by understanding people, using tech as a catalyst and applying the strategies of tomorrow. In September 2017, the consulting company Acando acquired the service design agencies Transformator Design and Daytona. Together with two of Acando's units Digital Strategy & Transformation and Customer Experience, we now are gathered in the existing brand itch. itch is a Business Design Studio with 160+ people with a mission to redefine business models and expand experiences beyond the obvious. In a rapidly changing world, the ability to continuously identity opportunities and swiftly move from insight to idea to reality is more important than ever. To create sustainable solutions and services for our customers in this constant change, we combine deep understanding of human behaviour with understanding of how technology affects each context. We move beyond the obvious and focus on the challenges that truly matter within our areas of expertise: Business Design Strategic and
