VOCAST is a software company which offers media tools for communications professionals in the Nordic countries. VOCAST was founded in 2005 by two journalists, Jens Hamborg Koefoed and Poul Høgsted, who wanted to develop a professional tool for accessing information on media and journalists. The company is composed of 15 employees specializing in sales, software development, media research and customer support. The management is formed of Henrik Steen Madsen (CEO) and Jens Hamborg Koefoed (Sales Manager). Which issues is VOCAST addressing?
