Innovations is the first marketing and advertising agency that works exclusively with the service industry. We specialize in selling the intangible, things that cannot be put on a shelf: experiences, services, strategies, and solutions. We began as an in-house marketing department for an insurance and financial services provider. We revolutionized this company to be a "marketing cultured"​ organization with high ROI. Our partners in the insurance and service industries expressed a need for a marketing consultant that understood their language and clientele. We found that Innovations would be the first agency to specialize in marketing exclusively for intangible products and Innovations was born.
