If you've been struggling with your Google Pixel’s back button or gesture navigation acting up, there’s good news:
the August 2025 Pixel update has finally fixed the frustrating bug. Since the debut of Android 16, users on devices like the Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel 9 reported that navigation often became sluggish or completely unresponsive—pressing the back button would do nothing for up to 30 seconds, and swipe gestures sporadically failed to register.
