7. Email ID & Mobile Number – For verification and communication.
8. Constitution Documents – Partnership deed (if partnership), Certificate of Incorporation (for companies/LLPs), or other relevant constitution proofs.
9. GSTIN – Required if registered under GST, but not compulsory if turnover is below the GST threshold.
10. Sales and Purchase Invoices – May be requested as proof of business operations.
11. Machinery Purchase Invoices – If capital assets are claimed, for validating investment.
4. How to Apply for MSME Registration Online: (Udyam Registration) – The following is the MSME Registration Process
1. Go to https://udyamregistration.gov.in, the official and only government-authorized website for MSME registration.
2. Choose “For New Entrepreneurs who are not registered yet as MSME” if you are a new applicant.
3. Enter your Aadhar number and name as per Aadhaar. The registered mobile number linked to Aadhaar will receive an OTP for verification. Enter OTP to validate.
4. Next, enter your PAN number and business details, such as business name, type of organization, communication address, and bank account details.
5. Fill in details about your investment in plant and machinery or equipment and your annual turnover.
6. Select the appropriate National Industrial Classification (NIC) code to specify the nature of your business.
7. Verify all entered information carefully, declare correctness, and submit your application.
