For many years, CC Marketing and Communications focused on enabling clients to showcase their offerings, keep in touch with their audiences and generate new business using email marketing. We never pushed products/services or used puffery; it's why our clients' average email open rate was typically 30-45%, with opt-outs of less than one percent. Over time clients asked us to create content for their blogs, social media accounts, sales collateral, and websites. Since our strength was creating meaningful messages, it was a natural way to expand our services. In the spring of 2018 we became enthusiasts of the Inbound Marketing methodology and a Certified HubSpot Agency Partner. Today, we develop strategic marketing plans, create content, and manage email/social/blog/sales enablement programs for small and midsize companies, primarily in the B2B space.
